Here’s an easy to make recipe that is a wonderful way to finish off your Thanksgiving Meal.  The recipe is pretty simple it is essentially a crustless pumpkin pie with whip cream and nuts on top.  The secret is in the way you make the pumpkin pudding. Here are the easy ingredients and instructions. Have a fun and Healthy Holiday!

Pumpkin Pudding

Here’s what you will need

  • Large Can  (approx) 27 oz of Pure Pumpkin Filling (Not Mix
  • 2 Cans (12 oz) Low Fat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla                                                                                                           Beat eggs in bowl, add other ingredients. Mix well with wire whip.
  • Pour into baking pan coated with cooking spray and heat in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour
